Biography
Wendy Turner-Williams is a globally recognized Chief Data & AI Officer, enterprise architect, change agent, and speaker-author with more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation, cloud modernization, data strategy, and AI governance across Microsoft, Salesforce, Tableau, Accenture, Nordstrom, and global telecommunications providers.
Wendy has provided the intelligence, culture, and platforms required to support some of the world's largest hyperscalers - while also delivering more than $1.8B in direct product ARR by envisioning, architecting, implementing, and operationalizing enterprise intelligence, governance, and analytics platforms that were later commercialized for general market use. Her track record demonstrates a unique ability to convert internal operating frameworks into scalable, high-value commercial products.
She served as Chief Data & AI Officer at both Salesforce and Tableau, driving industry-leading gains in efficiency, data maturity, predictive analytics, trust, and responsible AI. Prior to this, she spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, where she engineered foundational data and intelligence platforms across Bing, Microsoft Search & Advertising, Azure and the enterprise - transforming enterprise decision systems, engineering reliability, and global compliance programs.
Wendy is the author of Unleashing the Power of Data with Trusted AI, and is recognized internationally as a global AI thought leader, AI for Good Champion, Top 100 Woman in Technology, and Global Data Power Woman for her leadership in modern data strategy and responsible AI innovation.
