His successes include helping build five businesses that surpassed $1B in annual revenue, including key roles at Microsoft—where he served as Vice President of Global Sales for Mobile, Retail, Embedded & Server Groups, securing 3,000 new design wins and growing embedded market share from under 5% to over 42%—and at Texas Instruments, where he led global VoIP sales and doubled revenue within two years. Renowned for building deep collaboration among executive leadership, engineering teams, and customers, Phillip has guided both startup and enterprise organizations from initial concept to full-scale delivery. His expertise in customer experience, systems integration, and technical commercialization shapes SymphraAI's product vision and its evolution from foundational architecture to enterprise adoption.
